In a recent lawsuit, an accuser claimed that she was told Sean “Diddy” Combs “liked younger girls.”
Five new lawsuits were brought against the disgraced music mogul this weekend, all represented by attorney Tony Buzbee. Combs has denied all allegations against him and slammed Buzbee for bringing “false” claims against him.
One of the lawsuits was filed by a Jane Doe who claims she was assaulted by Combs at a Video Music Awards afterparty. She was allegedly only 13-years-old when the incident occurred, according to court documents obtained by the Mirror US.
In 2000, Doe claimed she was outside Radio City Music Hall in New York where the VMAs were being held. She didn’t have a ticket, but wanted to get into an afterparty, so she started talking to various limo drivers.

One limousine driver allegedly claimed to work for Combs. According to court documents: “He told her that Combs liked younger girls and said she ‘fit what Diddy was looking for.'”
Later that night, Doe was driven by the driver to an afterparty where she claimed she was told to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The documents alleged: “Plaintiff observed widespread drug use, including marijuana and cocaine. Plaintiff accepted a drink, a reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice, cranberry juice, and something bitter.”
She then felt “woozy and lightheaded” after drinking one drink, allegedly laced with GHB by Combs. Doe went to lie down and later Combs entered the room with a male celebrity known as Celebrity A and a female celebrity known as Celebrity B.
Doe claimed that Combs and Celebrity A raped her while Celebrity B watched. After, she put her clothes on and wandered off the property.
“Eventually, Plaintiff reached a gas station,” the lawsuit stated. “A female clerk noticed her distress and allowed her to use the phone. Plaintiff called her father, admitted that she had lied about her whereabouts, and asked him to pick her up.”
Combs’ attorneys slammed the previous lawsuits filed against him by Buzbee. In a statement shared with The Mirror US, they said Buzbee’s press conference and lawsuits “were clear attempts to garner publicity.”
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,” the statement continued. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone-adult or minor, man or woman.”
